Subway Surfers

About Subway Surfers

Subway Surfers is an endless runner game where players dash through vibrant urban tracks, evading capture while collecting coins to set high scores.

Escape mission

In Subway Surfers, players control a character to escape from inspectors and guard dogs after spray-painting a train. You run continuously on the tracks, trying to avoid obstacles, approaching trains, and barriers. The game has no fixed endpoint; players must keep running for as long as possible. If you collide with or are caught, your character will stop, and the level ends.

Along the way, you need to collect coins - the in-game currency - to buy new characters, surfboards, or other items. There are also power-ups and mystery boxes containing surprise rewards. Continuously collecting coins not only increases your score but also unlocks more helpful equipment for the next run.

How to control

The controls in Subway Surfers are very intuitive, especially on touch devices:

  • Swipe left or right to change lanes.
  • Swipe up to jump over obstacles like barriers and small boats.
  • Swipe down to roll over low obstacles.
  • Hold and swipe quickly to react more quickly to unexpected situations.

The game also supports arrow keys or W/A/S/D keys on a PC, with the same principle: left/right to change lanes, up to jump, down to slide.

Character boosts

During your run in Subway Surfers, you will encounter and can use boosts - special aids that help extend your distance, increase your score, or increase your survival chances.

Hoverboard

A hoverboard makes your character invincible for a short period. When you encounter a train or obstacle, instead of ending the game, you will be safe and continue running. Hoverboards have a time limit, so use them wisely.

Mystery Box

Mystery boxes are scattered along the running path. When collecting, you will receive random rewards such as coins, keys, stickers, or other items. This element of chance makes each game more exciting.

Score Booster

When activated, this power-up increases the score multiplier. Each coin and each distance traveled will give you more points. In the game, it is called Multiplier or Score Booster.

Headstart

When starting a new run, Headstart allows the character to sprint for a short distance without stopping. This is useful when you want to cover a long distance right from the start.

Jetpack

Jetpack lifts the character off the ground for a short time, collecting coins in mid-air and avoiding obstacles below. This is one of the favorite power-ups because it is both safe and helps increase scores quickly.
