Overview of FNAF

The abandoned restaurant door

The setting is Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a place that was once bustling but has now become gloomy at night. You play as a newly recruited night security guard, guarding the restaurant from midnight to 6 am.

However, the mechanical animals that perform during the day begin to move freely at night. Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, created to entertain children, become haunting threats and quietly approach your duty room with unfriendly intentions.

FNAF revolves around observing the camera system spread throughout the restaurant to monitor the animatronics. However, every action from turning on the camera, shining the hallway light, to closing the door uses energy - a resource that is extremely limited each night.

You have to constantly consider: checking the camera too much will drain the battery quickly, but you can be attacked by surprise if you are not watching. Doors should only be closed when necessary, and the hallway light is the only tool for determining the danger standing right outside.

Six a.m. far away

Your only goal in FNAF is to survive until 6 a.m. But as time slows down, every little noise can make you jump.
